Engine swap questions

I have a 2007 Sea-doo GTI SE 155hp ski. I am wanting to swap in the rotax 215 engine out of a RXP into it. What all will have to change will the drive shafts hook up right? will the pump be big enough or will I have to change out the pump to and if so will it bolt in or not? Please help

Re: Engine swap questions

there is alot about this on greenhulk and I have done 1 conversion but went about it differently as its a race boat, the rxt driveshaft will fit and you need to slot the engine mounts to get the motor back enough, the through hull fitting needs to be sleeved up and either a carbon seal or scattrak bearing type seal used, the pump housing if alloy will suit but need a rxp prop and wear ring or swap whole pump they interchange.
the fuel pump will need to change or at least the regulator on the top.

Definitely check out greenhulk as JasonZE mentioned. They know their stuff when it comes to conversions.

Re: Engine swap questions

the rxp harness and gauge etc will all go in and keep it all together, the stock internals are fine to over 300hp so your more looking towards a supercharder and intercooler + ecu to get the xtra hp
