2005 FX HO Intake Air Temp Sensor

Hey Guys

I need to change a few parts on my 2005 FX HO.
Can someone please tell me the location of the Intake Air Temperature Sensor and the exhaust O2 sensor on my ski?
Any pics or diagrams would be a huge help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

there is no 02 sensor.

The IAT should be on the tb's if I recall right. Why are you changing it?

Re: 2005 FX HO Intake Air Temp Sensor

Hi Mate

Thanks for your reply. I am installing and trying out one of these performance/resistor units to improve the AFR. I need to tap into the Intake Air Temp Sensor signal wire and the O2 sensor. You sure my model has no O2 sensor?
Wish someone had a pic of the intake temp sensor as I do want to mix anything up

Re: 2005 FX HO Intake Air Temp Sensor

Hi Mate

Thanks for your post, much appreciated. I think I have located the correct sensor, not sure if it is gold in colour but does it have a hose going into one end of it? I take it thats how it meters the intake air temperature?
Also the sensor has 4 wires going into it, I need to tap into the signal wire that goes back to the ecu, before I look into things with a multimeter, my guess is 2 wires will be ground, 1 wire will be 12v in and the last wire will be the voltage signal wire back to the ecu?

OK cheers mate thanks for all your help. I'll keep searching then, I take it will only have 1 or 2 wires going to it also?
