STX 12F low speed misfire

My 2004 12F runs fine at WOT but below 3500 RPM it feels like its dropped a cylinder or two. You can hear popping in the exhaust. Nail it and its fine until you slow down. Also it takes about 5 seconds to start when cold. A friend who has the same ski starts quicker. The plugs look fine. I only have 56 hours on it and just bought it 2 weeks ago.
Thanks
Lakeguy

Re: STX 12F low speed misfire

Plugs looked good but weren't. New plugs solved the problem.
