Kawasaki Tank Recall

I took my 2008 15F in to the dealer the week before Labor Day for this recall, and they STILL have it! They keep telling me they can't get the parts. Anyone who works for a dealer, or knows anything about this? OP,
What is the prodtuction code on your fuel tank? I may be able to tell you if your fuel tank "really" needs to be replaced or not. And what do you mean by "parts"? Is there anything other than fuel tank that needs to be replaced in this recall?

Yea-for one engine manifold gaskets and anything else that uses a seal for engine/tank removal. Check the tank lot number on the tank top front area under the front storage compartment.

The affected BMS manufactured tanks are lot numbers with the first three digits 010 through 033 and 121 though 130, all with the last two, of the five digits, 08.
