New threads

Since I'm not much of a regular up here, I thought it would be nice to get a thread going on what your riding, what your skill level is working on skis ...both strong and weak points and what your riding. It would be helpful on here if you list odd tools that you have in case someone else may need a hand etc.

Example

Mike Peavler -----95 Raider 1200-----96 Blaster 1----both modded----
Exp level 9 out of a 10 from building, tunning, bolt on's, piston kits etc
Weakness ...hull, body work
Tools...pullers, Pet 2100dx tachs etc
Anderson
White river and upper lakes

Re: New threads

Hello, I haven't posted much here but I've been a regular reader. How about more posts from riders farther north.

Shane
1996 Polaris SL780 - wish it were a 785 pro
2008 Yamaha FX SHO - wish it was cheaper to mod

Mechanical ability - 6, frustation at trying to cram arm into hull at times keeps this from a 7 (used to nice open spaces of Chevy musclecars)

Hull ability - 6 (10 if detailing is the key, 5 if repair is necessary)

Live: in Lafayette
Ride: Lake Freeman/Schafer

Josh

Seadoo 96 XP

Mech ability: 5? I can hold my own with my 2-stroke, but that's about it lol

Hull ability: I can apply stickers to hulls like nobody's business!

Live: Noblesville, IN

Ride: My regular stomping grounds are Morse and the White river. I'll head just about anywhere within a couple hours for a good ride though.

Forgot the special tool part. Only thing I have that would qualify is an impeller removal tool for my Seadoo.

Re: New threads

Dave-

1989 650sx awaiting new gaskets and couplers
1992 (or 1994, I don't remember haha, it was an xmas gift this year to me and the bro) 750sx that needs some troubleshooting

Mechanical Ability - Eh, I'm learning when it comes to 2 strokes, I can pretty much take apart and rebuild my entire Jeep though lol

Hull/Body - 0 lol. Just yesterday I was trying to figure out how I was going to fix a little chip in my wakesurfboard lol, I have basically zero knowledge of fiberglass.

My family lives on Morse, so thats pretty much my stomping ground and as for special tools, I have a nice big grill and know how to use it for when people help to teach me how to fix these darn things
