Chi town riding....

Anyone near Chicago want to go riding, me and a few of my friends are all meeting up to go riding up there if anyone up there or northern Indiana want to meet up.

We are meeting up in Bativa ....near Shawnburg " sp is wrong I know"....sat morning around 10am their time and riding the fox river. Going to be a blast if you want to meet up let me know and I can PM you my info. Fast....you should drive up there also...the more the better. We are riding Sat....dinner/drinks Sat night and also riding on Sunday!

Yeah Mike,

Batavia is another hour travel for you. Is this your choice? Or did someone talk you into going out on a river, like you could do at home. Lake Street is not only closer, it's better riding than any river could be. It's clean, has surf, the water is NOT cold, lots of people, plenty of the fairer sex, has surf, 4 other beaches within riding distance, great accomodations, its a real beach, has surf, is easy to get to, has plenty of room for your gear/set up/ parking, and did mention its a real body of water that provides surf? Side note, I have not seen a single local out there.

Maybe you could make one day at Lake Street and then head up to the Fox River or vise versa. Your choice, but I have riden all over Chicago land and can't think of a better place to ride than the big lake. What ever you decide, have fun man. Let us know.

I'm meeting up with friends from up there and we actually want the river to do speed/drag race runs with the larger skis. The blasters are boring in the rivers...and all that I know. I'm just meeting a bunch of guys from the Greenhulk site that I've talked to for 10 years on the various boards. Again...we are looking for glass water for what we are doing. From there...I don't know. I'm up for riding....but we need to get the racing done first LOL

The meeting point is going to be on the Fox river...and then go from there I guess.

Yeah....I would like to do some riding "non salt" with the blaster with more boat wakes. I enjoy carving on mine ..setting up courses etc. Surf is fun to as long as you don't have salt/sand to deal with...I hate that from FL when riding my friends toys in the ocean!
