4th Annual Memorial Day Ride

Awright guys its the time of the year again to start planning this trip that will occur on memorial day weekend May 28-31. This year we plan on hosting it at Pine Lake in Laporte Indiana and also driving to Michigan City(15-20 mins ride) to launch at LAKE MICHIGAN!!!. Pine lake usually warms up fairly quickly but i know how all of us like to ride surf so it will depend on weather and conditions where we will be riding or we can leave up to a demorcracy.

Right now i am leaning toward the michigan city campground as it offers different types of stay i.e pitch a tent, rent a cabin, or rv hookup.

On another note there is lots of attractions near by as well as blue chip casino and 4 winds in neighboring New Buffalo, Michigan for those that like to gamble.

what a great idea ! i hope that i will be able to attend even if i am not feeling up to riding. i would love to get to know all that show up.

Don't you girls know it's the middle of winter? Lulz, just playing.

Hmm, well as I was saying before. Red and I have a lot of stuff going on this Spring. I'd HATE to miss this bad boy, but being realistic.... We also just have the 1 ski still which is a pain. Will be close brahs. The good news is we said that last year and pulled it together about 2 weeks out and were able to attend so ya never know.

I hate to be that guy you just can't get a commitment out of, but it's either that or say I can then back out at the last minute which I won't do. Best I can say is I'll try! Miss you *****es! Hope we get some new faces this year as well, the more the merrier.

Blrider there is a good chance but most of us our mutants already so it wont affect us.

I wouldn't worry about it. That must be an old photo. As you can see from this recent satellite imagery that reactor is no longer there.

Washington Park/beach will be full of TnA that weekend. The Light House Mall is good for the wives/girlfriends if you want to send them on their way considering the first perk I mentioned.
