No, the longboard sucks compared to a true pipe board. Corky, bouncy, zero braking ability, and it can't seem to generate any speed when I need it. It's all about taking off in the right place, and praying that everything comes together perfectly because you're borderline out of control the entire time. Kinda like when I'm trying to hump it back home from 7 miles downwind right after sun-down and I don't wanna come in to the ramp in pitch black darkness...
