hood trick help

I am looking for ways to stay on my ski when doing hood tricks on my superjet. I was thinking of putting hand holds in or maybe a turfed chin pad to keep me from sliding around. I am looking for bolt on or easy mods any ideas? Anyone turf there chin pad and how does it work?

Re: hood trick help

Most people turf their pad just because. If your doing hood tricks, you need to get a hood kit or install Blowsion hood holds.

Make sure that when your doing hood tricks, you feet stay away from the bars! A few years ago, I did a slide on the hood, and tapped the throttle too hard and my leg slid back was stuck on the throttle and I went WOT right into a bunch of tullies.
