2008-2010 Steering system NEW****

Do you own a 2008-2010 Yamaha Superjet? Do your friends make fun of you not being able to turn? Do you want to turn on a "Dime"? All I can do is speak for myself, I did not want to spend over $1000 to make my Superjet turn sharp. So we (TS Innovations), a manufacturer of snowmobile and motorcycle parts, designed and tested this kit for the 2008-2010 Superjet.

The kit comes with all stainless and aluminum components needed to get your steering ready for freestyle.

The kit includes;
-Shortened 6061 Steering plate (2" shorter) and all necessary Stainless hardware for mounting to your stock pole
-New heavy duty cable with a 1/4" longer stroke than pre 2008 and much longer than 2008-2010 cables.
-Specially designed mounting block for the the new cable to mount to your factory pole
-UHMW chin pad spacer

What you would need from the competition to get the same turning radius;
Turn plate $50
HD cable $230
Bearing system $195
Pole $700+

We manufactured 10 kits and have sold 3 already to very satisfied customers (myself being one of them).

$268 plus shipping. i Think shipping to the US will Be about $15. I think $268 is a pretty good deal considering the alternatives. Turn Plate, Cable, mounting Block, UHMW chin pad spacer, and all the stainless bolts.

Well if it has significant effect like you say it does im sure you will have no problem in selling a few. You should let them know on X h20. Lots of Sj owners over there.

Yeah, I posted over there also.

The turn from side to side is increased by an inch on both sides! When you ride a stocker side by side the difference is huge. It has just a little bit more turn than the 2007's and older.

Handle pole doesn't make a ski turn, and you don't need a cable to upgrade your steering. Just the plate and bearing system. Not to be bashing you or anything, it's nice to see more people getting into AM parts for the sport, but just letting you know that it doesn't cost $1,175 to make a ski turn sharper. Your plate is around the same price range as other producers.

Yeah, your kinda right. You do need the cable, the plate, and the mounting piece for the cable to work with the stock pole. The cable that is with the 2008-2010 has a shorter stroke than the one I am providing. And you need the mounting bracket in order to use the longer cable.
