Re: Im ready!!!!

Winterizing HAS to be depressing, don't really have to do that here, wetsuit gets you all the way through the winter and into spring.
Alas, I feel your pain as my X-2 is down and stripped for paint and a 750. Getting her ready for Daytone in Janurary!

Re: Im ready!!!!

I bought an '08 RXP-X toward the end of the season to replace my totaled '07 RXP that I wrecked mid season. That X boat has the brand new smell to it and it fills the garage. Every time I smell that new boat smell during these cold months it gives me spring fever.

Re: Im ready!!!!

Winterized my two also, but getting things in order, on paper to start stripping the stand-up for a winter restoration. Going to try my hand at putting in new footholds, matting and side padding to re-vitalize my '92 Kawasaki 750sx. Time and patience will be the main factors for me, I don't have an abundance of either. Plenty of glue remover standing by just in case. C'mon April..........here in Georgia, the water temp is tolerable around that time frame.

Re: Im ready!!!!

Yea, I winterized mine too.
Rode the *&%# out of it in the Pacific Ocean jumping waves.
Then I took it home, washed it, flushed it and wiped it down.
It's ready for it's next winterization next weekend...and EVERY weekend !!
God Bless San Diego weather !!!
