Hello from SoCal

Hello Everybody !

Greetings from Southern California. Long time PWC rider that started on a JS550 . Flash forward, I ( we) ride Honda's now . My boat is a R12X with stage 2 Mac's kit and the wife rolls a F15X.
We enjoy the Pacific ocean mostly, Breakfast @ Catalina Island is the best, Colorado River only hrs. away.

I have r12x/f12x parts if needed:

exhaust manifold-$350, Intercooler-$450, sub air box/cover- $70,engine mounts-$30 ea.,throttle bodies complete-$450, starter-$100, PGM ECM $350, main wire harness-$75, eng. valve cover-$75,stator-$130, flywheel-$160,Ign. coils-$25 ea.sub eng. harness-$50,steering shaft-$20, fuel tank/pump-$50, impeller-$100, impeller drive shaft-$80, steering nozzle-$8, Intake manifold assy. -$350, exhaust muffler-$350, seat-$150, ride plate-$75, intake grate-$50 to name a few.
NO motor, Have Turbo but water damaged, long story, but the bearings seem smooth and tight-$250,.. " Don't loan your boat out ".

Welcome , Catalina rocks. I wish I still lived there somtimes just to do that cat trips..I sailed it several times a year and thinking back that trip would be a wave jumpers dream ...

Hello all,

Thank you for the welcome notes.

I uncovered the boats ( R12x, F15x ) the other day , charged the battery's and realized I should move them one at a time onto the PWC dolly so I can work on them in the garage. ( check all hoses, clamps, fasteners, oil/filter, etc. also valve clearance inspection on the R12x- 153 hrs ). Need to be sure that we have no surprises on the water that relate to the mechanical aspect of our sport. I also can't forget about the trailer..always something right..
