2001 Seadoo GTX DI No fuel to front cylinder ?

I have a 2001 seadoo GTX 951 DI. It runs and idles (on one cylinder) but there is absolutely no fuel going to the front cylinder. It starts but will only rev to about 4600 rpm then just flattens out. If I spray anything combustible into the front throttle body, it comes to life & rpm's like it should.

The fuses are all good, the air pump and injectors are both getting proper voltage, Plugs are good and have great fire, the rectifier is new and charging properly compression is 138psi. on both cylinders, fuel pump has the right pressure.

I know my way around these quite well but I'm stumped. Could it be a bad fuel or air injector? Any help or input would be great, this thing is driving me nuts.
