| Re: Where to ride Greg, Awesome!!! I'm happy for you and the family...... First all you need is your ownership paperwork of the ski's, until your registration comes in and then you can go to the License office to get you correct paperwork. I've bought new rides and the metro ploice were fine with that..... Second the required things you need are: 1. Shut off cord attached to your wrist. 2. Coast guard approved life jackets "neoprene jackets are great". 3. Fire extinguisher for each of your ski's "get the ones for jet ski's". 4. A whistle or sounding device in case of an emergency is good....... About riding areas...... There's all kinds around these parts.... You can ride the Ohio and put in at Cox's Park. You can have your wife hold the ski's on the ramp or just beach them on the side until you park your vehicle....... You can go down river and put in at Greenwood Ramp and go to Brandenberg or Leveanworth...... We have gone to Rough, Nolin, Taylorsville, Laurel, Green River, Dale Hallow, Lake Cumberland, Patoka and Cincy!!!!!! Don't be affraid of the Ohio River cause people say it's not safe..... our club has been around for a while and we are trying to get the word out to come ride........ I hope you enjoy and if you need help just give us a ring.... Steve K p.s. remember to break in your new rides by only going about 30 mph or less for the first 5-10 hours or one tank of gas......
