what carb?

Hey guys i have a ported 760 cylinder on my 61x bottom end along with a coffmans pipe, and a factory water box just wondering what a good starting point carb wise would be? Should i go duals or run a bigger single? Also what size of carbs would you guys suggest

Not sure about a 760 since they have alot of top end.... I know on my 701 I have dual 46mm miks
