| Coffman pipe question about mounting hardware Ihave a B1 with a coffman pipe. The bolts that go thru the head on the stinger side of the coupler manifiold bracket have sleeves to them. One of the ones I have busted and now the head is loose. I took the bolts out and was wondering if anyone has found a D.I.Y. way to replace those spacers, or if just cutting some steel pipe and replacing the rubber shock absorbers on the bolts between the washers was just as good for replacing the stock hardware.
Its a heavy pipe and I don't want to snap the mounting bracket or exhaust manifold bracket or case mounting screws, so Im looking for options or ideas how to prevent it from being an issue for racing or hitting big chop and wake slap from hard landings.
