94 Blaster Exhaust Cooling Line Routing - HELP!

Hey guys, finally found the right carb shaft and it is ordered. Does anyone know where I can find the Exhaust Cooling Line Routing for the 1994 Waveblaster? I am having some trouble finding it on google. Any point in the right direction would help and if anyone has it that would be great, thanks.

The engine is out and the carb shaft is all that was holding the installation up.

I already posted this once in builds section, but someone suggested moving it to the blaster section. Hope you can help.

Just goes to the bottom of the manifold...from the pump...stock engine/pipe?

No, it's a built 760 motor with aftermarket pipe. I don't have the specs with me now, but I was just wondering if anyone had a manual. It's at my cousins currently so I will get the details later tonight.

Does anyone have a manual or pics/video?

lol, well then disregard what I posted in the other thread. You will need to find out what type of pipe it is. Best bet is to take some pics of the entire setup and post them here. You will also need to find out how many lines come in from the pump. The manual won't help you with this as this system will be completely different than stock. I'll send it over anyways but it won't be until I get home from work.

Just talked with my cousin and don't have any pics as of yet. He believes that it is a 760 motor with a Pro-tec pipe. Not 100% sure but that's what he thinks

Any idea with that?

Oh, and I was wondering how do you get "B" grade hydro-turf? I want to redo my hydro-turf on a budget. I liked this thread How much turf should I buy for this...
but I don't know how to find the "B" grade.

I am planning on redoing a seat with a chunk out of it. I don't want to get a $100 + seat cover. Can I just get some material from my local upholstery shop?

Waveblaster-

Glad to see another member from Missouri! I have an OEM manual on CD. If you cover the cost of shipping(not much..usually put in a box to keep from breaking though) I will gladly send you one.

First you need to give us Details. Find out for sure what motor you have in there and which exhaust..take pictures if you have to. Then people can show you diagrams or give you advice on how to run things. It would be point less for us to sit here and guess not knowing exactly what you have done.

Call up Hydryturf and tell them what you are looking for..Forum members get a nice discount(I think 15 or 20%...remember to tell them you are a PWCtoday member! )

Your local upholstery shop should stock marine grade vinyl. I have had my local shop do mine for me and they have turned out great. My guy usually charges around $50-75 depending on if he has to do any foam work.

Re: 94 Blaster Exhaust Cooling Line Routing - HELP!

It seems that I won't be able to get photos until Sunday.

Would I need one or two sheets for the blaster? How do I cut out the shapes, wouldn't it be hard to make them even?

You will only need one sheet. Make a template out of cardboard or something. The two foot well pieces are symmetric, so one template should work for both if you flip it over. You may want to consider a different shape than what is there stock for the sides. Once your template is done just trace it onto the bstock and cut. Don't forget to get the diamonds lined up how you want them.

I haven't called to ask about their "B" stock yet, but looking at their site that have a lot of underpadding. Our 1100zxi doesn't have that, we have to re-glue the purple hydro-turf back down all the time. I don't need that do I?

Does it matter what texture I get, you said diamond and I think that that's the common one right? Any idea how much less expensive B stock is then regular stock?

I haven't been over to see the ski in a while but my cousin says that we should just wait for the carb shaft to come in, put the engine in, and then worry about the cooling line set up. I think that that can work.

In the meantime, I also have a new impeller that I want to install, but I haven't ordered the removal tools and seal yet. I haven't had time to go over and measure the shaft. Any idea what a 94 blaster would be, 15mm or 18mm? I will probably go over and measure but would anyone know?
