Does someone import the new X2's??

Hello guys, this is my first post! I currently own a 1990 x2 with a few mods. I really like the new 05-06 x2's, and would love to get one. Do you know ANYONE who can import one of these? Is it even possible? Thanks in advance...

I dont think there are any more to be imported. If anyone has any it will be SXR.com in Japan. One just sold recently on ebay. You could also buy a Trinity Epic Pro, or do your own top deck conversion. There is more info on that in the X2 section....you supply a donor SXR and swap an X2 topdeck onto it....where are you located?

The top deck kit is going to be the way to go. Find a sxr and buy the top deck kit vs $10,000 for an imported one.

Re: Does someone import the new X2's??

here is what you need to do.
buy an sxr around $3500 http://www.pwctoday.com/f142/2004-sx...bo-265987.html
buy this top deck around $3000 Gen2 topdeck for sxr.................
find some one that will put it together and paint it for $1500 or so
= $8000 and you will have a sweet boat

I believe there is one for sale in California that already has pipe, etc. Check out the Kawasaki for sale section.

Re: Does someone import the new X2's??

Thanks a lot guys, didn't know it was too difficult to find. I really don't have the time to go through a conversion or anything like that. Is there a way to buy an already converted SXR? BTW, I am located in Puerto Rico, but I am willing to pay the shipping.

I just found one in eBay Australia! I will try to convince the owner to ship here... Does anyone have any idea how much can it cost to bring it here?

Edit: Just noticed that the owner will ship anywhere, as long as the buyer arranges and pays freight. I am willing to buy this X2, so do you guys know how to arrange for this type of freight? What about customs, and US registration??
