THis is me and my brother twinturbostang's flatdeck project begining stages....still gotta cut the footwells down to foam and bring the grade even with the middle...Thoughts Suggestion's

Ya we wanted to join in the fun with all these other flat decks being built. We are going for more of a full even flat deck "dance floor" look.
We also have a sxr to chop up. So many projects!

We ended up with 2 sxrs, 1 is turning into a new X2 and 1 will be getting flat decked with a fixed steerhood from Tom21

Sorry to sound like an Idiot... When you guys are doing work to these, what do you use to foam??? After you use the foam, do you just fiberglass over it and it just sticks to the old Hull???

2 part urethane foam. Can buy it at USComposites. Yes if you use epoxy as prep the surfaces well, it will bond to the SMC hull no problem.
