650 engine very slow cranking.???

just bought an x2 and guy said he had starter rebuilt. i cant get it to turn over very fast. not fast enough to start. even with the plugs out it turns slow. i even tried a bigger battery with 900 CCA.

see if the cables get warm while cranking. could be the solenoid, high resistance in the wires, crappy starter, siezing engine, or locked pump. Can also pull the pump and try and turn it over if you don't think it's any of the electrical stuff.

pulled the motor and bench tested it. still slow. disasembled motor. not locked up, seems to look ok.pump is ok.

Here is a prety cheap kit to go through the starter. Jetskisolutions sells a new nose bearing also. New starters are fairly cheap though.
