dual 46mm jetting on 750 SX

Rate this Entry
Hi everyone, first time user. Have enjoyed a lot of posts and always great information here. I have a 750 SX motor that I completely rebuilt. New crank, forged pistons, 25cc head, Factory B pipe with manifold and waterbox, boysen reeds with boysen reed stuffers, dual 46mm SBN cards, MSD ignition enhancer, aluminum flywheel. the cylinders have been ported, the exhaust ports have been widened to 59mm and the transfer ports and boost ports raised 2mm, also the case has been ported. I ran the ski yesterday to start the break in process and noticed the ski was running very lean, I enriched the HS screw to 3 1/2 turns out and left the LS screw at 2 turns out. the ski ran better but I know I will need to rejet the carbs after break in. Does anybody have a similar set up or any advice on where I should be with my jetting? Anything will help! Thanks
