There is a plastic case on top of the carbs with sliding locks. i can get at the top ones and one of the bottom ones, but, there is one i cannot get at. Do i need to remove the rest of the exhaust to get at this. Will the exhause clear the top of the engine? Maybe i do need to remove the head.

The plug loads up really bad and then you have to clean the plug and try to see a little spark, if any, at times.
